Adam Willis

Adam Willis is a city government reporter for The Baltimore Banner, where he is working on a long-term reporting project assessing the impacts of Baltimore’s hundreds of millions of dollars in American Rescue Plan Act funding. He has worked as a historical researcher in Washington, D.C., a freelance reporter for national magazines and most recently covered energy, the environment and rural issues for the Fargo Forum in North Dakota.
