Alondhra “Aloe” Suarez

Alondhra “Aloe” Suarez is the Interactive Learning Producer, where she creates and strategizes the content for Poynter’s e-learning courses.

Aloe is an alumna of the Institute’s High School Journalism Program and has returned to the Tampa Bay area after graduating from the University of North Florida (#SWOOP) with a bachelor’s degree in multimedia journalism. At UNF, she served as the content producer for Spinnaker Media’s radio station and as a feature journalist for its news department. Aloe is a bona fide Floridian and takes great pride in supporting small businesses in the local area.
